Servings
Ingredients
16 oz sole fillet (4 (4-ounce) fillets )
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.12 tsp garlic powder
0.25 cup fresh chopped green onion (about 2 large)
2 oz canned pimientos, sliced , drained and diced
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 Spray an 11 x 7 inch oven safe dish with nonstick cooking spray and place sole fillets.
3 Sprinkle all of the remaining ingredients, one at a time, over the fish, cover.
4 Bake until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes. Serve with a slotted spatula.
Additional Information
You can use flounder or orange roughy fillets also.
