1 medium garlic cloves , sliced thin
3 cup fresh chopped spinach , tough stems removed
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch black pepper , to taste
1 pinch kosher salt , to taste (optional)


Directions
1 In medium skillet heat butter and oil on high for approximately 2 minutes.
2 Turn burner to off. Add sliced garlic.
3 Immediately add spinach and toss, seasoning with salt (optional) and pepper as you go.
4 While spinach is still slightly raw and full textured, remove from pan and serve.
