2 tsp vegetable oil
8 cup fresh chopped spinach , well rinsed and dried
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
0.25 tsp salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg


Directions
1 Heat oil in a large pot. Add all of the ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until spinach is wilted.
