1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix milk, margarine, egg, and rice in large bowl. 2 Add mixed flours, baking powder, sugar, salt, combining just until dry ingredients are moistened. 3 Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake until browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks.
