Servings
Ingredients
0.5 lb fresh green beans , cut into 1 in pieces
2 fresh tomatoes , chopped
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 fresh carrots , chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp dried marjoram (or oregano)
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 chopped green bell peppers , chopped
0.5 medium red bell peppers , chopped
1 cup Rice, wild, dry
1 medium onions , sliced
1 tsp paprika

Directions
1 Rinse the wild rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Boil 3 cups of water in a medium pot and add rice. Cover the rice and let settle for about 20 to 30 minutes

3 Using a large fry pan or wok, saute the onions in olive oil. Add marjoram, paprika and garlic (cook until golden brown). Gradually stir in beans and carrots and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, add in green and red peppers and cook over a low heat for 10 to 12 minutes
4 Add wild rice and stir. Serve.
