1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 In large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. 3 Add vanilla, sugar substitute, egg whites, and waterand beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed. 4 In separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients. 5 Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat at low speed until blended. 6 On floured surface roll dough to 1/4" thickness. 7 Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. 8 Use 3" cookie cutter to cut cookies. Arrange cookies on prepared sheet 1" apart. 9 Bake 12 to 15 minutes. 10 Remove cookies and cool to room temperature.
