Ingredients
0.5 cup butter , room temperature (1 stick)
0.5 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Sweetener, liquid, drops (equal to 1/3 cup sugar)
3 egg whites , room temperature
0.67 cup whole wheat flour
1.33 cup white all purpose flour
0.5 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp low sodium baking powder
0.25 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tbsp powdered buttermilk
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 In large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
3 Add vanilla, sugar substitute, egg whites, and waterand beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer at medium speed.
4 In separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients.
5 Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Beat at low speed until blended.
6 On floured surface roll dough to 1/4" thickness.
7 Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
8 Use 3" cookie cutter to cut cookies. Arrange cookies on prepared sheet 1" apart.
9 Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
10 Remove cookies and cool to room temperature.
