Ingredients
0.75 cup white all purpose flour , divided
2.5 tsp Yeast, red, instant, RapidRise
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 cup tap water , hot
2 honey
0.5 cup whole wheat flour


Directions
1 Mix together flour, yeast and salt in a bowl. Pour in water and honey, blending until there are no lumps. Add in enough of the whole wheat flour to make a soft dough.
2 Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth and stretchy, about 3 to 5 minutes. Wrap dough and let rest 15 minutes before using.
Additional Information
Substitute rye flour for whole wheat and add in 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds for flavor variety.
