Directions
1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2 In a large bowl, combine wheat flour, self-rising flour, baking powder, salt, cheese, onions, and seasoning; make a well in center of mixture.
3 In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg substitute, and margarine; add to well of dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
4 Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling two-thirds full.
5 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
