1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Wash and dry peppers.
2 Remove stems, seeds, and veins. Arrange peppers on a 9 by 13-inch baking pan and roast about 1 hour or until skin is wrinkled.
3 Slice in half and season with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
These work great as sandwich fillings.
