1 cup smoked whitefish , smoked, skinned and boned
2 medium celery stalks , chopped
0.5 medium onions , chopped
2 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
2 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 fresh lemon juice, per fruit
0.25 head Boston lettuce
1 cup black pepper
1 tsp chopped parsley , to garnish
2 plain bagels , to serve


Directions
1 Begin by breaking the whitefish down into bite-size pieces and then combine the celery, onion, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
2 Next, fold the fish into the mixture and season it with pepper. Arrange the lettuce leaves on serving plates and then spoon the smoked fish salad on top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with toasted bagels.
