Ingredients
1 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp ground cinnamon
0.25 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
0.25 tsp black pepper
1.5 tbsp olive oil
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
3 sweet potatoes , cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
3 potatoes, fresh, medium , cut lengthwise into 8 wedges


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2 In a large plastic bag with a zip top, mix the chili powder, salt, cinnamon, red and black pepper, olive oil, and garlic, add potatoes, seal bag and shake to coat potatoes well.
3 Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake until tender, 35-40 minutes.
Additional Information
This dish can also be prepared with just white or just sweet potatoes.
