Servings
Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts , cut in half
1 pinch salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
2 tsp unsalted butter
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 medium lemons , cut into slices
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Directions
1 Set the chicken on a sheet of wax paper, place another sheet on top, and pound until it is 1/4-inch thick. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper.
2 Melt half of the butter on a non-stick skillet. Cook the chicken for about 3 minutes over medium-high heat then turn over and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
3 Pour the wine into the skillet. Increase the heat to high and cook for 2 minutes. Decrease the heat and add the rest of the butter, the garlic, and lemon juice. Drizzle the mixture over the chicken and set a lemon slice on top of each piece.
