Ingredients
18 oz Beans, cannellini/white kidney, unsalted, canned , rinsed and drained, with 1/3 cup liquid reserved
1 tbsp olive oil
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.12 tsp black pepper
1.5 tbsp fresh basil , chopped
3 tbsp Cheese, parmesan & romano, grated


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 425 F.
2 Place beans and reserved liquid in large mixing bowl, and partially mash beans against side of bowl with wooden spoon. Stir in oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix in basil.
3 Place in shallow 2 to 3-cup baking dish, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until bubbly 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
Additional Information
If you want to make this once and have it again over several days, cover it, and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat, covered, in a 350 F oven for about 20 minutes.
