Ingredients
3 cup cooked white beans , drained
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh dill weed , chopped
2 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 tsp fresh lemon peel
0.75 tsp kosher salt
0.75 tsp black pepper
1 pinch paprika , for garnish


Directions
1 In a food processor, pulse the beans. Transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice, 3 tablespoons of the oil, dill, garlic cloves, lemon zest and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper (or more to taste).
2 Just before serving, season with additional salt and pepper, dust with paprika and drizzle with a drizzle of oil.
Additional Information
This dip may be chilled before serving, if desired.
