1 Pour oil in a pot and heat over medium heat. Saute garlic, coriander, and 1 teaspoon of paprika 2 minutes or until garlic is golden brown. 2 Stir in beans and cook 2 more minutes. Pour in broth and let boil. Place lid on pot, lower heat, and simmer 15 minutes.
3 Using a food processor or blender, puree bean mixture until smooth.
4 Mix in parsley and spoon into a bowl. 5 Top with remaining paprika and serve with breadsticks.
