Ingredients
1.5 cup margarine , at room temperature
2.5 cup confectioners sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
0.33 cup sweetener (sugar substitute) (or equal to 1/3 cup sugar)
3 cup white all purpose flour
0.75 cup chopped pecans (or any type of nut you like)
1 tsp sweetener (sugar substitute) (as necessary)


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Cream together the margarine and powdered sugar.
3 Stir in the vanilla, sugar substitute, and flour. Mix together at medium speed for 2 minutes.
4 Mix the nuts into the dough.
5 Roll about 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of dough into a ball and place on a greased cookie sheet. Do this with the rest of the dough.
6 Bake for about 20 minutes, remove from oven, and roll the cookies in sweetener while they are warm.
