Servings
Ingredients
0.25 cup light yellow miso paste
0.25 cup mirin
0.25 cup white wine (dry)
1 tbsp wasabi powder
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 lb flank steak , trimmed
1 cooking spray

Directions
1 Whisk together miso, mirin, wine, wasabi power, and rice vinegar. Add miso mixture and steak to a resealable plastic bag; seal and place in refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours.
2 Preheat grill or broiler.
3 Take steak out of bag saving excess liquid. Lay steak on a cooking spray coated grill or broiler rack and cook 6 minutes per side or until preferred degree of doneness; baste with marinade while cooking.
Additional Information
Wasabi powder can be found in the spice aisle of a large supermarket, it is a lot milder than the kind found in Japanese markets.
