1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 On small baking sheet, spread sesame seeds in single layer. Bake 2 minutes, or until golden. 3 Wash and dry chicken. Cut into 1" cubes. 4 In large skillet, heat olive oil over medium. Add chicken. Sauté 5 minutes, until chicken is cooked. 5 Add half of sesame seeds, onions, broth, lemon juice, ginger, mustard, salt, Splenda, and coriander. Cook 2 minutes over medium heat. 6 Arrange lettuce on serving plate. Spoon chicken mixture on top. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds.
