1 In medium saucepan, heat pomegranate and orange juices to simmer. Remove from heat. 2 Add orange peel and coriander. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. 3 Strain juice through a fine-mesh sieve, and discard solids. 4 Sweeten to taste. To serve, ladle juice into small heatproof cups.
