1 Crisp bacon in a frying pan; take out bacon using a slotted spoon and crumble.
2 In same pan, saute apple, onion, and garlic for 5 minutes.
3 Pour in water and vinegar, releasing any browned bits on the bottom of the pan. 4 Stir in Brussels sprouts and cook 5 minutes. 5 Add mustard, salt, and pepper; take pan off of heat. 6 Top with crumbled bacon.
Additional Information
Slice the Brussels sprouts in half to cook easier if they are large.
