Ingredients
1 cup oat bran
1 cup Oats, rolled, old fashioned
1 cup Cereal, Fiber One
1 cup bran flakes cereal
8 oz seedless raisins
1 cup Nuts, walnuts, English, dried, chopped
0.75 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking (or 1/2 cup sugar)
0.75 cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend (or 1/2 cup brown sugar)
1 cup margarine , room temperature (trans fat free)
2 egg whites
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup white whole wheat flour
1 tsp low sodium baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
0.5 tsp salt
0.5 cup cold water , at room temperature


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2 In mixing bowl, blend oat bran, rolled oats, Fiber One, Bran Flakes, raisins, and walnuts together and set aside.
3 In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, cream sugar blends and margarine.
4 Add egg whites and vanilla.
5 In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds.
6 Combine dry flour ingredients with creamed butter.
7 Drop in 1-1/2 tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
8 Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies rest on baking sheet 1 minute.
9 Transfer to wire cooling rack. Serve at room temperature.
