1 Preheat the oven to 375°F. 2 In mixing bowl, blend oat bran, rolled oats, Fiber One, Bran Flakes, raisins, and walnuts together and set aside. 3 In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, cream sugar blends and margarine. 4 Add egg whites and vanilla. 5 In separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds. 6 Combine dry flour ingredients with creamed butter. 7 Drop in 1-1/2 tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. 8 Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cookies rest on baking sheet 1 minute. 9 Transfer to wire cooling rack. Serve at room temperature.
