1 cup chopped apples , unpeeled (Golden Delicious)
1 cup chopped apples , unpeeled (Red Delicious)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh chopped celery
0.25 cup light mayonnaise
1.5 oz seedless raisins (3 tbsp)
6 piece fresh romaine leaves (optional)


Directions
1 To prepare, drain pineapple, reserving 1 tablespoon juice.
2 Combine apples, reserved pineapple juice, and lemon juice in a medium bowl, tossing to coat apples. Stir in pineapple, celery, mayonnaise and raisins. Serve immediately or chill at least 1 hour.
3 If desired, serve on lettuce leaves.
Additional Information
You can substitute other sweet apples like Gala and Fuji instead of Delicious apples.
