Ingredients
3 medium apples , unpeeled and diced
0.5 cup fresh chopped celery
0.25 cup Raisins, seedless
0.5 cup light mayonnaise (or mayonnaise substitute)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice


Directions
1 Combine the apples, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl.
2 Combine the light mayonnaise and lemon juice, stirring to blend. Add to the fruit mixture and then toss well to coat evenly.
Additional Information
Cover and refrigerate the salad until well chilled and ready to serve.
