1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2 Combine milk and vinegar. Mix flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt. Mix in milk mixture until fully combined. 3 Knead dough on a floured surface 1 to 2 minutes. Form dough into a 1/2-inch thick sphere. Cut dough into rounds with a circular cookie cutter. 4 Arrange biscuits on a cooking spray coated baking sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes.
