1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 Mix rice and broth and bring to a boil. 3 Pour in a small casserole, cover tightly, and back for 30 minutes. 4 Remove cover and set aside. 5 Preheat a 9- or 10-inch frying pan with oil over medium heat. 6 Then add vegetables and salt. Continue cooking for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring frequently. 7 Mix in the rice and serve hot!
