Ingredients
2 Bread, pita, white, enriched, large, 6 1/2"
4 roma tomatoes , chopped
2 small zucchini , chopped
1 small onions , chopped
2 tbsp canned black olives , sliced
1 tsp fresh basil (or 1/4 teaspoon dried basil)
0.25 cup Sauce, spaghetti, low sodium
0.75 cup Cheese, mozzarella, shredded


Directions
1 Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Split each pita bread around edge with knife to make 2 rounds.
2 Place rounds on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 5 minutes or until crisp.
3 In a medium bowl, mix tomatoes, zucchini, onion, olives, and basil.
4 Spread spaghetti sauce evenly over rounds. Top with vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
5 Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
