1 Coat 5-quart stock pot with cooking spray. Sauté ground beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. 2 Add water, tomatoes, onion, carrot, bouillon granules, chili powder, thyme, and oregano and bring to boil over high heat. 3 Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15 minutes. 4 Add corn and green beans and bring to boil. 5 Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 minutes. 6 Add cabbage and pasta and cook 10 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
