1 Mix together tomato, cucumber, green and red peppers, radishes, parsley, onions, and red pepper in a large bowl and reserve. 2 Using a food processor or blender, puree feta, boiling water, and vinegar until smooth. Add in yogurt and continue pureeing until combined. Spoon cheese mixture on top of vegetables and gently toss.
