1 In large bowl, combine radishes, onion, celery, green bell peppers, and cucumbers. 2 In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and salt. Stir into vegetables. 3 Drain cottage cheese and mix into vegetables. 4 Refrigerate until ready to be served. 5 Can be made up to 4 hours in advance. Drain off any liquid and stir before serving.
