1 Lightly coat large pot with cooking spray. Heat over medium and cook onion and garlic 3 - 4 minutes. 2 Add cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, broth, turmeric, mustard, cumin, and coriander. Bring to boil. 3 Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 - 15 minutes. 4 In small mixing bowl, whisk together flour and water. Whisk mixture into vegetables. 5 Continue cooking, stirring continually, until thick. 6 Add tomato, parsley, and lemon juice. Simmer 2 - 3 minutes. 7 Sprinkle with salt and black/red pepper. Serve hot.
