1 In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain any fat that may form inside the skillet. 2 Add all remaining ingredients, except for the tomatoes. 3 Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 5-10 minutes. 4 Can be served over steamed rice or noodles.
