1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2 In large bowl, mix soup, egg, onions, bread crumbs, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add veal. Use hands to gently mix until combined. 3 Place meat loaf mix on prepared pan and shape with hands into oblong loaf, (12" long and 5" wide).
4 Bake until the veal loaf is slightly browned on the surface and internal temperature reaches at least 160°F, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
