1 Preheat oven to 325°F. 2 In blender, add hot water, eggs, powdered milk, Splenda®, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Pulse until smooth. 3 Spoon mixture equally into 6oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. 4 Postion custard cups in baking pan. Fill pan with 1" of hot water. 5 Bake for 40 minutes until custard is set. 6 Remove from oven. Serve warm or cooled.
