This easy to make party dip uses frozen, chopped spinach and herbs.

Servings

10 oz chopped frozen spinach , thawed and squeezed dry
0.5 cup mayonnaise
1 cup plain yogurt, whole milk
1 tsp seasoned salt
0.5 tsp dried dill weed
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
0.5 cup chopped parsley
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion

1 In mixing bowl, combine spinach, mayonnaise, yogurt, seasoned salt, dill weed, lemon juice, parsley, and green onion.
2 Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Make a day ahead for best results. Serve with your choice of fresh vegetables, low-carb, whole-grain chips, or veggie dippers..
