1 Using a serrated knife, cut the bread into 3 layers horizontally. 2 On the bottom half, layer with half of the provolone cheese, salami, ham, tomato and spinach then sprinkle with half of the balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. 3 Set the middle slice on top then layer with the rest of the provolone cheese, salami, ham, tomato, and spinach then sprinkle with the rest of the balsamic vinegar, Parmesan cheese, and pepper. Place the top slice of bread on top. 4 Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. Before serving, slice into 4 equal sandwiches.
