Servings
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh rosemary , finely minced
2 tbsp chopped parsley , finely minced
0.5 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp salt
1 lb red onion
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
2 In 9" x 13" glass dish, combine oil, vinegar, rosemary, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt.
3 Cut onions into slices 1/4" thick. Do not separate into rings.
4 Place each slice in glass pan and turn to coat.
5 Grill onion slices 5-6 minutes, or until slightly charred, turning once. Repeat with remaining slices.

Tastes great with beef dishes.
