1 Spray a nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and set over medium-high heat. Cook the turkey for 2 minutes then turn over and cook for another 2 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
2 Mix together the milk and flour. Pour into a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Turn heat off. Add sour cream, Dijon, tarragon, sugar, and salt.
3 Place over low heat and cook, stirring frequently, until heated. Pour over turkey.
