Directions
1 Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet. Saute the turkey for 3 minutes then turn over and saute for an additional 3 minutes. Transfer onto a plate.
2 Pour the broth and lemon juice in the skillet. Add the salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat for 3 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated to about 1/3 cup.
3 Drizzle the broth mixture over the turkey and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with a lemon slice on top.
