Ingredients
1 egg whites , lightly beaten
1 piece sliced whole wheat bread , torn into small pieces
1 small onions , grated
1 lb ground turkey
2 tsp ground coriander
1 pinch salt
1 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


Directions
1 Soak the bread pieces in the egg white for 1 minute. Mix in the onion, turkey, coriander, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Form into 4 patties.
2 Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook the patties for 10 minutes over medium heat then turn over and cook for another 10 minutes.
