Ingredients
0.5 cup fresh chopped onion
1 cup fresh chopped celery , diced
1 cup Soup, cream of chicken, 98%fat free, condensed, canned (such as Healthy Request )
2 oz Pimientos, canned, whole , undrained, chopped
1 tbsp dried parsley
0.12 tsp black pepper
3 cup cooked white rice
12 oz skinless cooked turkey breast , diced


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2 Sauté the onion and celery in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
3 Stir in the chicken soup, undrained pimiento, parsley flakes, black pepper, rice, and turkey.
4 Pour the mixture into an 8-by-12-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
5 Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before dividing and serving.
