1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. 2 Sauté the onion and celery in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. 3 Stir in the chicken soup, undrained pimiento, parsley flakes, black pepper, rice, and turkey. 4 Pour the mixture into an 8-by-12-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 5 Remove from oven and let set for 5 minutes before dividing and serving.
