Directions
1 Slice the sausage into 8 pieces.
2 Heat skillet over medium high heat and spray with cooking spray. Put the sausage in the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add in the onion and bell pepper and cook for 4 minutes, stirring often.
3 Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a bowl until blended.
4 Add water to the vegetable and sausage skillet and cook for 1 minute or until the majority of the liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
5 Take off of heat and smear 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise mixture over the bread slice and put the pepper-sausage mixture on top.
Additional Information
Try with 1/3 cup baked beans.
