Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Lightly spray one side of wedges with cooking spray. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 5 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
2 In a small nonstick skillet, cook ground turkey until browned, stirring with spoon to break up meat. Remove excess fat. Stir in salsa. Cook until hot.
3 Sprinkle meat mixture over tortilla wedges. Sprinkle with green onion. Top with cheese. Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
Additional Information
Substitute baked corn chips for flour tortillas and cooking spray. Proceed with recipe as directed.
