Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a shallow baking dish with the cooking spray.
2 Combine the turkey, oats, onion, garlic, Dijon, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, egg substitute, thyme, marjoram, and pepper in a bowl. Wet your hands then shape the mixture into 2 loaves.
3 Set the loaves in the dish. Place a bay leaf half on top of each loaf and gently spray with the cooking spray.
4 Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. If the loaves are browning too quickly after just 15 minutes then decrease the heat to 400 degrees F. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
