Ingredients
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cup sliced white onion
1 lb turkey breast cutlets , cut 1/4-inch thick
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 pinch paprika
1 parsley sprigs
0.5 cup fresh cherry tomatoes , halved


Directions
1 Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook the onions for 10 minutes. Transfer onto a plate using a slotted spoon.
2 Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the turkey for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat then turn over and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
3 Set the turkey on a plate and put the onions on top. Garnish with the parsley sprigs and tomatoes.
