Ingredients
1.5 lb ground turkey , uncooked
1 egg whites
0.25 tsp ground sage
0.25 tsp dried marjoram
0.25 tsp ground thyme
0.12 tsp ground savory
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 In medium sized, mixing bowl combine all ingredients except cooking spray. Stir well.
2 Shape mixture into 12 patties, cover and chill at least 1 hour.
3 Coat skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium-high.
4 Place patties in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear when pressed with spatula.
