Directions

1 In medium saucepan, bring water to boil. Add pearl barley and return to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 45 minutes or until barley is tender and liquid is absorbed.
2 Cut turkey breast into 2" strips.
3 Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high.
4 Add cooked barley, turkey, bell pepper and onion. Stir fry 4 to 5 minutes.
5 In small bowl, beat together eggs, garlic salt and ginger. Add to barley turkey mixture skillet.
6 Stir fry until egg mixture is cooked.
7 Garnish with soy sauce and almonds. Stir to combine and serve.
