1 In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the turkey, apple, celery, raisins, and almonds.
2 In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining salad ingredients. Gently fold them into the turkey mixture until well combined.
3 Spoon the salad into the four pita pockets.
Additional Information
To toast a small amount of nuts, place in a dry skillet and cook over medium-high heat for about 1 or two minutes, shaking them often.
