Ingredients
0.25 cup fat free mayonnaise
0.25 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tsp fresh oregano , chopped
1 tsp fresh tarragon , chopped
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
24 oz tuna steaks (4-6oz)
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, oregano, tarragon, and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the fish.
2 Light the grill.
3 Sprinkle the fish with the salt and pepper. Grill the fish for 3 minutes then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.
4 Place the fish on 4 plates and spoon 2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture on top of each.
Additional Information
To reduce sodium, omit salt from the ingredients.
