Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 475 degrees F.
2 Stir together the tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, lime juice, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl and set aside.
3 Stir together the sour cream and cumin in a small bowl and set aside.
4 Put the tortillas on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with the cheese.
5 Bake for 3 minutes, and cut each tortilla into fourths.
6 To assemble, drain the tomato mixture in a sieve or colander, and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the tomato mixture onto each wedge.
7 Top each with 1 teaspoon of sour-cream mixture, and serve immediately.

This is a great snack while watching a game or a movie.
