Servings
Ingredients
8 oz fat free cream cheese , softened
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
0.5 cup fresh chopped green onion
0.5 cup Chili Peppers, green, diced, canned , drained
0.5 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp garlic powder
1 pinch salt and pepper
4 oz cooked shrimp , peeled, deveined, coarsley chopped
10 Tortilla, flour, ready to bake, 7" to 8"
1 cup Salsa (to serve with bites)


Directions
1 Use a medium bowl, and blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add the green onion, chilies, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and shrimp. Combine well.
2 Place about 1/8 cup of the filling on one end of the tortilla and roll up, jelly roll style. Place the rolled tortillas, seam side down, on baking sheet or tray.
3 Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to several days. Cut each tortilla into 5 pieces before serving, and serve with salsa.
Additional Information
A great party food; serve with salsa. Make ahead and freeze if you desire.
